We develop a plan focused on each student's unique academic needs, goals, and interests for success in school and beyond. Teachers and Learning Coaches work closely together to ensure that learning experiences are personalized to students’ needs and interests.

Flexibility

Students have flexibility in how they learn throughout the day. Students may design their learning day to advance quickly, doing several lessons in the same course or spend more time on challenging subjects or topics of interest.

Teachers and Academic Coaches

Our teachers are Nebraska-certified and trained to use online technology and instructional data to provide each student an individually tailored education. Teachers conduct subject-specific instructional labs and offer students small group and one-to-one assistance. They provide targeted support to reduce skill gaps, and ensure students complete their coursework and develop strong work habits.
